I have learned how to set out an information report using paragraphs.

What is my next step? to put in punctuation in my writing by myself.

Y5 week 4 reflection

In week four we learned about Israel. An interesting fact is in Israel there is a sea name the Red Sea and the Dead Sea.There is only one fresh water lake in Russia.

Art term 2

WALT To create a mosaic piece of art using pastel and Indian ink

I learned how to make a piece of art using pastel, Indian ink and chalk.

My picture that I drew was a tropical bird called a parrot.

Next time I  will try not to smudge the chalk with my hand

My Mihi

WALT introduce ourselves in Maori.

I learned to say my  age.

My best sentence is Ko Shay toku mama.

I achieved my goal because I can say the words properly.

I can pronounce 2 lines really well.

My next step is to learn more Maori words.


Anzac Writing

ANZAC Writing. WALT Write an ANZAC Narrative. I learned about ANZAC because of the poppies make us remember the soldiers. I achieved my goal because I can write a a Narrative Next time I will do more Writing

Cross Country

WALT run 1.5km for Cross Country.

I learned to stay at the same pace. I came 15th.

I achieved my goal because I ran 1.5km in the Cross country.

Next time I will sprint then run and jog to the finish.

Maths Term 3

WALT count forwards  and backwards 0-100 and 100 - 0. SUCCESS CRITERIA I can go 0 1 2 3 up to 100 and then 100 99 98 97 to 0 without stopping.
